Websites and booking systems for London businesses.

Tell me what you need. I’ll work out the best way to build it.

London agencies are often priced for big companies. I work with independent London businesses, from barbers and cafés to accountants and shops, who want something properly built without paying for an account team.

Most of the work happens over video calls and email, so it fits around your day. When it helps to sit down together, I can come to you in London. Either way, you deal with me from the first call to launch day.

Examples

Try it yourself.

These are working examples of the kind of things I build. Click around. The businesses and data are made up, but everything here could be built for yours.

Services

What I build for London businesses.

  • Websites

A clear, fast website that explains what you do and makes it easy for people to get in touch. Built on the platform that suits you, so you can update it yourself and be found on Google.

    • Next.js
    • WordPress
    • Drupal
    • and more
  • Booking systems

Let customers book online at any time. You get the bookings in one place, and they get confirmations and reminders automatically.

  • Online shops

Sell your products online with a checkout that takes card payments, emails orders to you and keeps track of stock.

  • Customer portals

A private area where your customers log in to see their orders, documents or appointments, instead of chasing you by email.

  • AI assistants

An assistant on your website that answers common questions using your own information, and hands anything it doesn’t know over to you.

  • Connecting your tools

If you’re copying the same information between your calendar, accounts and email, I can make them talk to each other.

  • Custom software

Something specific to how your business works that doesn’t exist off the shelf. We work out what it needs to do, then I build it.

  • Consultancy and advice

Not sure what you need, or whether what you have is working? I’ll review your website, shop or systems, tell you plainly what to fix, keep or drop, and give you a written plan you can use with me or anyone else.

    • Website and shop reviews
    • Choosing a platform
    • Costed roadmap
  • Shopify stores, themes and logic

New Shopify stores, plus changes to the ones you already have: theme updates and customisation, new sections and product page layouts, discount, delivery and checkout rules, app set-up and custom apps, and moving to Shopify from another platform.

    • Theme updates
    • Store modifications
    • Logic changes
    • Apps and migrations
  • Fixes, upgrades and ongoing care

Something broken, slow or out of date? I fix bugs, speed up slow pages, update plugins and themes, improve search visibility and keep sites backed up and monitored, whoever built them.

    • Bug fixes
    • Speed and SEO
    • Updates and backups
  • Marketing and social media

Getting the word out once you’re live. I plan and run social media campaigns, set up your Google Business Profile and help the right local customers find you.

How I work

Four steps. No surprises.

Every project follows the same four steps, whatever the size. The timings are typical, and your fixed price comes with a schedule for your project.

  1. We talk

    Usually within a week

A free 20-minute call. Tell me about your business and what’s getting in the way. No jargon, no hard sell.

  2. I plan it

    A few days

I recommend what to build and what to leave out, and give you a fixed price in writing before anything starts.

  3. I build it

    Typically 2–4 weeks

You see it take shape and tell me what to change. I check every part myself before it goes anywhere near your customers.

  4. It goes live

    Launch day, then ongoing

I test bookings, payments and emails, launch it and show you how it works. Then I’m around if you need me.

The detail behind the steps

Every job is a little different. Pick the one closest to yours to see who does what and where the decisions are. Curious about AI? Here’s how I use it.

  1. You get in touch
  2. Together

    Free 20-minute call

You tell me what’s getting in the way. I ask questions and say honestly whether I’m the right person to help.

  3. Does it need custom logic?

    Yes

Custom build: booking rules, portals, integrations

    No

Tailor a proven platform: Next.js, WordPress, Drupal or Shopify

  4. Me

    Fixed price in writing

A clear scope and price before anything starts. Nothing is built or charged until you say yes.

  5. Happy with the plan and price?

    Yes

    We start work

    No

    I revise it with you

    ↺ back to the plan

  6. Me

Build, and show you as I go

You see real progress, not a reveal at the end.

  7. Is it how you wanted?

    Yes

    On to testing

    No

You tell me what to change

↺ I update it, you look again

  8. Me

    Test, launch and hand over

I test every form, payment and email, launch it and show you how it works. I stay on hand afterwards if you want.

  9. Live, and yours

What I’ll need from you

  • Your text and photos, or a rough idea of them. I can help write and source them.
  • Your logo and brand colours, if you have them.
  • Logins for your domain, hosting or store, if you already have them.
  • One person who can say yes to the plan and give feedback quickly.

Don’t have these yet? That’s fine. I can help you pull them together.

AI makes it quicker to build. Experience makes sure we’re building the right thing.

I use AI tools to plan and build faster, and that’s a big part of why my prices are lower than a traditional agency’s. What you’re paying for is everything around it: working out what you need, making the decisions, checking the work properly, setting it up and being responsible for it afterwards.

If you’d rather nothing was built with AI, just say. It takes longer and costs more, but it’s your call.

Got something you want to build?
