Portal or Custom Software

Customer logins, dashboards or software built around how you work. Starts with a Digital Blueprint so the price is right.
Paid separately
These are paid directly by you, in your own name, so you always own them. I’ll tell you the costs before you commit.
- Your domain name (for example yourbusiness.co.uk)
- Hosting, if your site needs more than a free plan
- Card payment fees, taken by the payment provider on each sale
- Usage costs for an AI assistant or text messages
- Photography, logo design or writing all your content from scratch
When you need a Blueprint first
For bigger projects I start with a Digital Blueprint (£99): a written plan covering what we’ll build, how it fits together and a fixed price. If you go ahead, the full fee comes off your build. You’ll need one if your project involves:
- Customers or staff logging in to their own area
- Connecting three or more tools you already use
- Moving lots of records from an old system
- Sensitive information such as ID or financial documents

What’s a small change? Updating text, swapping photos, changing prices or opening hours, or adding a new member of staff. Anything that adds a new page or feature gets quoted first. Unused changes don’t roll over.
